Both of these were done by sales only, based out of state parasite predators. High pressure, high prices, sub it out, poor quality and lousy customer service. I have seen many dozens of these scams and they are all the same, every one. One of these crooks did a roof with no scope of work / contract. Nothing. They also put in no ventilation. This house has a large attic. Ventilation is required. When confronted with this the 'roofer' said this: "Our legal department says we did everything right and if you want ventilation you will have to pay for it". Really!! These folks are worse than thieves. Both of these homeowners have retained lawyers.
